Our Services
The health and happiness of your companion is of the utmost importance to us at Animal House. Whether coming in for just a nail trip or a full exam, we want to make your pet’s experience a positive one.
We are dedicated to providing the information and care necessary to ensure you and your pet enjoy a long life together. Our three expert veterinarians are on-site everyday of the week to ensure the welfare of your precious pet with our comprehensive veterinary care.
Healthy Pet Wellness Exams
Animal House Doctors recommend annual physical examinations for every animal of any age. It’s never too soon to schedule a physical exam for your pet! Because pets age much faster than we do, we encourage semi-annual health exams for senior patients. Animal House has developed health care programs for puppies, kittens and senior pets. Please call to learn more about how these programs make it easier for you to get the health care your pets needs.
Dental Care
Pets need dental care too! As with humans, regular dental cleaning can reduce the risk of gum disease and other oral infections. We encourage our clients to care for their pet’s teeth as they would their own, because better dental health leads to better physical health overall. We advise regular dental exams, yearly dental cleaning and daily brushing of the teeth as a guideline for dental care. Our skilled staff use state-of-art dental equipment to keep your pet’s teeth clean and healthy. And if you pet does require an extraction, root canal or other dental care, we can help there too.
Vaccinations
Vaccinations provide essential protection against serious infectious diseases. Animal House uses the safest, most effective immunizations to protect your pet. Our veterinarians can make vaccination recommendations tailored to your pet’s needs and risk.
Travel Certificates
If you have an upcoming trip planned and want to bring your pet, have you looked into the travel requirements? All countries have requirements that you must meet before you are able to bring your pet into that area. While traveling can be fun for both you and your pet, you must be properly informed of these requirements and equipped with the proper documents, medications and travel gear before taking off on your adventure. Here at Animal House, our veterinarians are able to issue health certificates required for international travel. All that is required is a wellness exam for your pet!
Spay & Neuter
The choice to spay or neuter your pet may be the most valuable choice you can make to positively impact quality of life for many animal as well as life expectancy for your pet. Every year millions of dogs and cats are euthanized due to lack of space and resources available at animal shelters across the country. The solution is simple. These numbers can significantly decrease by spaying or neutering your pet. By doing this you can be a part of the solution to significantly decrease the number of homeless animals and prevent needless suffering. Studies have also shown that spaying or neutering increases life expectancy by a large margin; increased life expectancy by nearly 20% has been observed in neutered and spayed cats and dogs. By spaying or neutering your pet you decrease the risk of infections as well as cancers of the urine and reproductive systems.
